Pandemonium
premiere: October 5th 2007
Inspired by Italo Calvino’s novels, we are telling the story of two men:
Marcovaldo, used to life out in the countryside, lives actually in town, a dazzling place threatening all his dreams. Marcovaldo absorbs natural phenomena. He is the arena where the meeting between nature and urbanization find its balance; our hearts bleed for his capacity of wondering and its naivety. His care for lost crusades goes deep down and brings up in us, in equal measures, laughters and respect..
Mr. Palomar is a man most occupied with finding out how things hold together in "real" life. He thinks things over, is observant and analytical. He takes phenomena apart for only put things back together, in a never ending experimenting in order to understand the big picture of nature finding its link to mankind and, by that, understand himself. Mr Palomar "thinks" to "understand" life..
